The organizational structure of United for Assistance is made of two main bodies:

  • The Board of Directors
  • The Executive committee

The Board of Directors is elected at the first annual meeting of members for a term of two years and may be re-elected. Members of the Executive Committee are automatically part of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is currently made of 15 regular members that were elected by the 2020 General Assembly.

Due to the complexity and demands of running the operations of the organization, the Board of Directors has the power to appoint, from time to time, commissions or committee to take charge of certain tasks. Currently, the Board has appointed different commissions such as Finance and Planning, Legal, Campaign and Mobilization Commissions.
